 The Oakland Junior Golf program was formed to promote the game of golf to juniors ages 7-18 of all skill levels. The primary focus is on etiquette, rules, and learning about the spirit of golf with an emphasis on fun. The 2011 season will run from June 22-July 20, with the championship on July 27th. The 11th Annual Parent-Child Outing will be on Sunday July 31st followed by the Junior Banquet and Awards Ceremony. Register today and come join the fun this year! Checkin Golfers should arrive and sign in by 7:30 a.m. unless instructed otherwise. Even on rain days, we will plan to do other activities inside for the kids. Every Wednesday we need at least 16 volunteers to help with driving, shuttling and scoring.
